(1) The Nepal Judicial Service (Grade Separation, Recruitment, Transfer and Promotion) Regulations, 2029 are repealed. Actions taken in accordance with the said rules will be considered as done in accordance with these rules.
(2) To the extent written in these rules, it shall be in accordance with these rules and in others according to the regulations.
